Construction: Renovation
Area: 1,000sf 

The complete renovation of the 1,000 sf Bio-Science Lab 109, located in the Biological Science Building at Rutgers University’s Douglass Campus, consisted of new built-in cabinets and counters with sinks, gas and electric along with bench islands with gas and electric connections. In addition, a new fume hood and its associated ductwork was installed and routed through the existing building up to the roof. Mechanical updates included a new air handler and condenser. Finally, the lab was fitted with new heat welded seamless flooring, light fixtures, and audio visual equipment.
